The Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences is a 98-story residential tower set to be built at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, the site was the proposed site of the cancelled Empire World Towers. The tower is one of many supertall towers proposed for Miami, but is currently the only one that has entered construction phase.
The tower is proposed to rise to 1,049 ft (320 meters) above sea level, which is the maximum height allowed in downtown Miami, several other planned supertall towers in Miami are also proposed with this exact height. The above-ground height of the tower will be 1,040 ft (317 meters), which will make it surpass the Panorama Tower to become the tallest building in Miami and Florida when it’s completed. Construction on the tower began in October 2022 and is slated for completion in 2028.
The tower will be comprised of 9 stacked and cantilevered cubes, each cube has 10 to 11 floors. It will feature 387 residence units, a Waldorf Astoria hotel with 205 guest rooms, which will be operated by the Hilton Hotels group.

Cipriani Residences Miami

Cipriani Residences is an 80-story luxury condominium tower being developed by the local real estate developer Mast Capital, construction had started in February 2024 after the developer secured a construction loan of $600 million, with the completion slated for 2028.

Located in the Brickell neighborhood, the condominium tower will include 397 one to four-bedroom residences offering stunning views of the Brickell skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.




Okan Tower

Okan Tower is a 70-story tulip-shaped tower under construction in Downtown Miami, the tower is named after its developer Okan Group. Designed by Behar Font & Partners, the shape of the tower is inspired by the silhouette of the tulip, the national flower of Turkey, where the developer Okan Group originated.
The tower will be mixed-use, it will feature office space, a 316-key Hilton Hotel, 163 condominiums, 236 short-term rental residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Baccarat Residences Miami

As the name suggests, Baccarat Residences is being developed by French luxury brand and fine crystal manufacturer Baccarat, in collaboration with New York-based developer Related Companies, the residential tower will be managed by the local hotel brand management company SH Hotels & Resorts, it will feature 355 residences. Designed by Miami-based international architecture firm Arquitectonica, the tower’s design reflects the elegance and heritage of Baccarat company.
The tower will be built in a waterfront area near the north end of Brickell Avenue, where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. Construction has started in October 2023.




Mercedes-Benz Places – 1 Southside Park

Mercedes-Benz Places is a mixed-use building being built as a part of a development known as 1 Southside Park, it’s designed by SHoP Architects, comprised of a series of volumes stacked and shifted on each other. The developer is JDS Development Group, it has collaborated with SHoP Architects on many skyscrapers before, with the most notable one being the super-skinny 111 West 57th Street in New York City.
The tower will rise 64 stories and will include 1,010 residential units, a hotel with 200 rooms, office space, commercial space, and 881 parking spaces. The prices of residential units range from $550,000 for studios to $4 million for three-bedroom units.

E11even Hotel & Residences + Residences Beyond

E11even Hotel & Residences + Residences Beyond are two 65-story twin towers under construction in Park West District in Downtown Miami. The towers are developed by E11EVEN Partners in cooperation with Miami-based Property Markets Group.
E11even Hotel & Residences is the first tower to be built, it will offer 416 residences and the construction on the tower has been underway since October 2021, with the completion scheduled in 2025. The second tower E11EVEN Residences Beyond broke ground in June 2023, with the completion scheduled in 2026. There will be a sky bridge connecting the two towers above the podium.
