Dubai is one of the cities with the most skyscrapers in the world, and currently has more supertall towers under construction than any other city. Below is a list of the skyscrapers currently under construction in Dubai, the skyscrapers listed are all over 1,000 ft tall and are listed in order from tallest to shortest.
Due to the rapid development of skyscrapers in Dubai, the details of the buildings below are subject to change, and as more skyscrapers will be proposed and begin construction, the content below will be updated accordingly.
Burj Azizi is a meta-tall skyscraper under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the site that was formerly intended for the 570-meter Entisar Tower, which was cancelled. The new tower is named after its developer Azizi Group, and is set to become the world’s second tallest building, only behind the Burj Khalifa. The construction is scheduled to complete in 2028.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a residential tower under construction in the eastern area of Business Bay, it is being developed by Binghatti Properties in joint with the luxury jewelry brand Jacob & Co.
The tower will rise to 557 meters and become the tallest residential building in the world, surpassing the Central Park Tower in New York City. It will contain 300 residential units.
Construction started in early 2025, and is scheduled to complete in 2027.
Tiger Sky Tower

Tiger Sky Tower is another residential tower under construction in the eastern area of Business Bay, immediately next to Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. It is being developed by Tiger Group.
The tower will rise to 532 meters and become the 2nd tallest residential building in the world upon completion in 2029, and will offer around 850 residential units.
Six Senses Residences

Six Senses Residences
The long-stalled Pentominium project is revived as Six Senses Residences, with a brand new design and a slightly taller height (517 meters), set to become the tallest building in Dubai Marina.
It is scheduled to complete in 2028, and will offer 251 residential units.
Aeternitas Tower

Aeternitas Tower
Another long-stalled supertall project in Dubai Manina, the 106 Tower (or Marina 106), is revived as Aeternitas Tower. It is being developed by London Gate in partnership with the Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller. The tower features a massive clock face at its summit, and will stand 450 meters tall, earning it the title of tallest residential clock tower, and the 2nd tallest clock tower, only after The Clock Towers in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
Muraba Veil
Height: 380 m (1247 ft) Floor count: 73

Muraba Veil
Located on the canal in Business Bay, this residential building will rise to a height of 380 meters upon completion, but its width is only equivalent to that of a 22.5-meter-wide apartment, making it the slimmest skyscraper in Dubai. The skyscraper will contain 131 residential units.
Bayz 101 Tower

Bayz 101 Tower is a residential tower under construction in Business Bay, it is advertised as having 101 floors, but actually has a total of 108 floors. It will house 1,346 residential units, significantly more than other supertall towers in Dubai, and over 80% of the units were sold within a short period after its launch.

Binghatti Skyblade
Binghatti Skyblade is a residential building under construction in Downtown Dubai, being developed by Binghatti, it is known for its distinctive blade-like shape and illuminated crown. It will contain 621 residential units.
Nebula Tower is a 90-story mixed-use skyscraper under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road, located adjacent to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The tower will feature approximately 88,000 square meters of Grade-A office space, a luxury boutique hotel, and branded residences.
The construction is expected to be completed in late 2027.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai was originally proposed in 2005, to be built on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, but was cancelled in 2011 due to the financial crisis.
The project was revived in April 2025 through a partnership between the Trump Organization and the Saudi-backed developer Dar Global, with the location changed to Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai.
Construction began in late 2025, with the completion targeted for December 2031.
Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences

The tower features distinctive wind turbines on the top, and the facade comprises mega diagrid structures, which resolves lateral wind loads.
Al Habtoor Tower

Al Habtoor Tower is a residential building under construction in Al Habtoor City, Business Bay. The tower will become the largest residential building in the world once completed, with a super large floor plan. The total built-up area of the tower is 327,000 square meters, and will contain 1,700 units. As of February 2026, it has been built to around 70th floor, and is expected to complete in late 2026.
Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti

Located in the eastern part of Downtown Dubai, this tower is designed to be the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded residential tower, and will offer 150 ultra-luxury units. As of February 2026, the tower has reached 52 of 71 floors, and is expected to complete in 2027.

Safa Two de GRISOGONO is a residential skyscraper under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Business Bay of Dubai. It is being developed by DAMAC Properties in collaboration with the Swiss luxury jeweler de GRISOGONO, and is located next to DAMAC Towers by Paramount. The tower features a futuristic, fluid design with a distinctive aperture in the middle of the facade, where a unique crystal pool is placed in the center.
AHS Tower (Al Yaqoub Tower Renovation)

Al Yaqoub Tower, also known as “Dubai’s Big Ben Tower”, stood largely vacant for over a decade due to financial disputes. AHS Properties acquired the tower in early 2025 and is converting it to an office tower with a contemporary all-glass facade, replacing the previous clock-tower design.
